Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at blackgrid.ai (the "Site"), operated by Black Grid, Inc. ("BlackGrid", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Our products and services are provided under separate written agreements; these Terms cover the Site only.

You agree that the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and BlackGrid regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent, and we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
